We look for more in this life than it will ever
yield to us. If we would be satisfied with less--
we would be less dissatisfied. Probably
there is as much happiness in one
station of life as in another--
if we are content in that situation
which the LORD has placed us in.
The misery of life is when a man has
a great deal less than he aspires to.
Contentment is the crown-jewel
of a happy life!
We shall have enough, for GOD'S
promises guarantee us our necessary
portion. Why need we fret after more?
"Here little--and hereafter much!"
